The Kitchen Installation Company (TKIC) Solid surfaces was established in 2006 as a small company installing kitchens operating out a residential garage. We progressed to a small shared factory manufacturing kitchens for some of Melbourne’s elite kitchen designers. It was then that we discovered the fantastic product in Solid surfaces. We now have our own factory, no longer do joinery cabinets and ONLY manufacture, and install Solid surface products.
TKIC are specialists in the fabrication of kitchen benchtops and island benches, vanities, shower bases, bathroom linings, reception counters, shopfront cladding, outdoor cladding, outdoor kitchen tops around BBQ’s and much more. Installations include complete custom work of vanity bowls and wash planes, curved waterfall ends and curved reception counters, backlit products in feature walls, glowing benchtops and lit up vanities.

We are experts in finding solid surface solutions for intricate pieces such as componentry to fit machinery faces, routered lettering, backfilled lettering and signage, chopping boards and game board just to name a few. Routed linear work with curves is also becoming popular and quite enjoyable to do.
We have strong relations with all solid surface suppliers including Corian, Staron, Hi-Macs, Marblo, Meganite and many others. We will work with any solid surface product. No job is too big or too small. We offer rebuffing services, prompt quoting of planes and on-site measuring. We have a highly skilled team of fabricators that service all of Victoria and offering ex-factory products to all of Australia.
